Our client based in Cambridgeshire requires Polish and German speaking customer service advisors.
The role will involve assisting customers with orders and any queries they may have. The role will involve dealing with customers by inbound calls and emails.

Responsibilities

Excellent opportunity to join this expanding company, Candidates must speak German to C1 level and also Polish to C1 level and have some customer service experience.

The contact Centre is open Monday to Saturday between 7am to 8pm and a willingness to work shifts is essential.

We offer

Initially this role will be home based, the company will provide a laptop (candidates must have good internet connection) but after the lockdown etc candidates must relocate to Cambridgeshire. At that time relocation assistance will be provided.
Flight paid for and up to 1 month accommodation provided.
Relocation assistance is provided and the interview process will be carried out online.
