Account Manager - Translation / Transcreation Marketing Production

Description

The Account Manager will build relationships with other members of the Account and Project Management team as well as specialised production teams and translators and be incredibly proactive to ensure delivery of projects. You will make sure all information for briefs is received from the client, raise estimates and check timelines, coordinate the translation of copy directly and with Translation PM's, and also ensure all internal production teams have what they need to produce final assets. You’ll also take responsibility for delivery of QC’d files and work with the client to manage any feedback and amends.
This role will focus on markets across Europe and Latin America (LATAM), and it would be hugely beneficial if the Account Manager in this role spoke multiple languages. It’s a large and international team, and whilst you will take ownership and lead on your projects, you will work closely together and coordinate on delivery of work. With that in mind, proficiency in 2 or more languages, and being used to working collaboratively in a team of AM/PM's would be massively beneficial.
This role would suit a strong leader who is super organised, proactive and a natural relationship builder. Experience of Account and Project Managing Translation and global Production projects is also very important. Prior knowledge of any translations tools / CAT tools (such as TRADOS) would also be incredibly useful.

Responsibilities

  •   Must have Account and Project Management experience of translation / global adaption & production.
  •   Have had some experience of CAT tools / translation software.
  •   Ideally speak two or more languages.
  •   Super organised, attentive to detail, proactive and friendly personality.
