Responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of key clients, promoting our quality services to potential clients as well as expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a B2B commercial software / Enterprise / SMB environment
  • Excellent telephone, listening, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Native/fluent in English language
  • Exceptional experience in customer relationship management on all aspects of the sales process including lead generation, qualification, and closing deals
  • Strong track record of getting business proposals developed, agreed and implemented
  • A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and adaptability
  • Organized, detailed oriented, pro-active, customer-focused and excellent with follow-up
  • Reliable, self-motivated, ambitious with a hunger to succeed
  • A strong team player, able to work collaboratively at all levels with external and internal customers
  • A positive “can-do” approach for delivering a customer-oriented service of high quality
