Description

  • Assist Project Managers in their daily tasks: Alignements of documents, preparation of Studio projects, encoding projects in the workflow system, delivering the jobs on the client's portal, reception, and treatment of the clients' feedback, check in the layout in MS-Word, PowerPoint, xlsx, InDesign.
  • Effectively communicate project scope and expectations to team members and vendors in a timely, clear, and respectful fashion throughout the entire project cycle.
  • Coordinate freelance translation team – delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Provide client/vendor support throughout the duration of the project.
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team under constant time pressure, assuming ownership of tasks.
  • Terminology Management/glossary management.

Responsibilities

  • Degree in Translation Studies is a plus
  • French speaking and a good knowledge of English (English speaking with a good knowledge of French is also accepted).
  • Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work
  • Masters Degree in Institutional Translation.
  • Fluent in other languages
  • Familiarity with translation tools
