Translate and proofread documents

Edit documents translated by freelance translators or other internal linguists

Give final approval to any changes to translated documents after they have been proofread and edited

Maintain databases and use translation memories

Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Keep Project Managers informed of project progress

Manage and train, where appropriate, external vendors
Responsibilities

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in translation or equivalent,
-
Native level of French
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-
Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar

Prior translation / proofreading experience preferred

Expertise in the medical field

Ability to support multiple projects

Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines
