Description

  • Partner closely with all People roles to understand how programs and initiatives impact our people.
  • Influence the direction of processes and policies and help connect the dots across the organization to ensure that teammate experience is at the center when communicating change.
  • Design internal communications strategies.
  • Design our internal handbooks and streamline all People documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Marketing and Employer Branding teams to align on communication goals, channel strategy, and messaging.
  • Partner with the Design team or agencies to develop complementary visuals and videos for internal and external use, when appropriate.
  • Partner with the Operations team to streamline our internal meetings strategy

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of work experience as an internal communications manager in a fast-growing company
  • A proven track record of building communication plans as well as executing against them
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, while building cross-functional relationships
  • Experience supporting People/HR communications in a remote-working environment
  • A strong creative mindset, the capacity to write engaging messaging, and the ability to act as a champion for top-notch employee experience
  • Experience with change management
  • The ability to ask the right questions in order to gain a quick understanding of a program or initiative to craft rich narratives
  • Fluent/Native level of English
  • The ability to stay focused and flexible in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
