Description

Ø Responsibility for Program quality
Ø Leading a team of suppliers
Ø Supplier training, on boarding and tools support
Ø Quality risk assessment and prevention, planning, monitoring and management
Ø Query Management
Ø LQA and TQA recommendations, handling and rebuttals
Ø Client language review feedback handling and rebuttals
Ø Initiating quality improvement plans and off boarding decisions
Ø Test translations
Ø Source content analysis
Ø Creation of test translation kits

Responsibilities

Ø 3 years + Language experience in the localisation industry
Ø Experience in Life Science projects will be an asset
Ø Experience in client communication and management
Ø Able to work in a geographically dispersed team
Ø Degree or Masters in translation, linguistics or similar educational background
Ø Fluent English plus 1-2 additional languages
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Problem solver
Ø Expert knowledge of standard CAT packages and other common tools (XTM, SDLX)
Ø Time management, organizational and prioritisation skills
Ø Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ø Solid understanding of how quality management feeds into client satisfaction and delivery targets
Ø Solid understanding of quality in the context of business needs
Ø Attention to detail
