Review translations and transcreations

Correct spelling and grammar mistakes

Ensure accuracy and consistency in tone of voice and messaging in the translations

Ensure the approved Glossary is followed
-
Optimise the translation tone and style, taking into consideration guidelines from the local Marketing and Legal teams
-
Keep Glossary and Terminology base up to date
-
Participate in trainings and meetings to be briefed about upcoming projects.

Participate in trainings and meetings with the Translation Vendor and Translation Coordinator to ensure the review guidelines and processes are followed.
-
Provide final sign off on translated documents in the internal Document Control system.

Translate/transcreate when needed, and assist the Marketing team in urgent translation related task.
Responsibilities
-
Translation Degree/MD + 3 years of experience as Translator/Proofreader

Freelancer
-
Native Italian language knowledge
-
Fluent in English
-
Experience in Medical and Marketing translations
-
Experience with CAT tools.

Preferred: Experience in Dental Industry

Preferred: Degree in Medical Science or Marketing
-
Preferred: Bilingual level in a third language
