Description
- 
Ensure smooth and efficient client communication.
- 
Work quickly to respond to customer needs and resolve their issues.
- 
Build long-term relationships with clients.
- 
Prepare materials for clients and business partners (reports, presentations, etc).
Responsibilities
- 
Proven work experience as a Client Relationship Specialist or similar role.
- 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.
- 
Proficiency in MS Office.
- 
Some experience with designing marketing materials would be a plus.
- 
Fluent in English and German (verbal and written), French an advantage.
- 
Previous experience on the art market is an advantage.
