Translates, edits, and proofreads marketing and advertising materials to ensure accuracy.

Updates and audits the company’s corporate and product Web sites.

Identifies language issues and makes recommendations to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Performs straight translation (English to Chinese) and reverse translation (Chinese to English).
Responsibilities
-
Bachelors degree in Chinese Translation or professional certification.
-
Three to five years of experience in Chinese/English written translation, interpretation, and proofreading of legal, scientific, financial, advertising, and/or marketing materials.

Or combination of equivalent experience, education, and training.

Proficient use of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internal workflow tools.

Above moderate to high levels of English and Chinese writing, speaking, and reading comprehension and linguistics.

Moderate to above moderate levels of active listening, critical thinking, judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
