Description

We are looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial and dynamic marketer to take On to the next phase in Germany. You will partner closely with the local country team and Head of Marketing Central Europe to craft and deliver the long term brand and marketing plan, authentically bringing to life On`s mission and shape the future o f run culture in Germany. This role reports to the Head of Marketing Central Europe and is based in Berlin, with some travel required in line with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Be the brand voice, market and consumer expert for Germany
  • Lead and inspire the German marketing team behind a single vision, foster an inclusive team culture as part of the wider European Team
  • Ensure On`s brand and story is consistently communicated across all channels and aligned with internal Marketing strategies
  • Craft and deliver against a unique consumer centric German marketing plan that energises the brand, captures new audiences and builds brand equity
  • Partner with Brand Comms to continuously find new ways to reach and position On as an innovation driven Performance Running brand with key growth audiences
  • End to end accountability of the local extension of global GTM, brand, and product campaigns for the German market
  • Plan and manage the local marketing budget and track ROI
  • Effectively collaborate with internal partners and department heads to align marketing efforts with company strategy and goals

Your Story:

  • At least 5 years in a progressive, multi-channel dynamic brand marketing roles
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role and demonstrated skills in establishing and leading diverse high performing teams
  • Strategic mindset accompanying an innovative and creative personality with a strong business acumen
  • You are an expert in brand development, brand strategy and brand direction
  • You are hands-on, you make things happen and you are able to deliver end to end
  • Understanding of brand storytelling and how to bring this to life
  • A true team player, you understand and respect the importance of collaboration and compromise
  • A real linguist, you're as confident speaking and writing in German as you are in English
