• 1+ year(s) of classroom experience teaching a foreign language to adult English-speaking students
• 1+ year(s) of teaching experience in a small-group classroom setting
• Must possess the cultural background of Specific country or geographical region required by the Contract (must be raised or educated in said county)
• Familiarity with the ILR language levels and ILR-based proficiency assessments
• Familiarity with various computer platforms including but not limited to email, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting software (Zoom, Skype, MS Teams, WebEx).

• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a distributed team
• Strong client service, organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Ability to work remotely and provide required services from alternate locations via Zoom, Skype, MS Teams, WebEx, etc. at the direction of the Client highly desired
• Instructors must be able to work in a harmonious and professional manner with cultures from around the world.
