• Managing virtual and in-person meetings
• Providing remote technical and operational support during live events for interpreters and clients
• Implementing, testing, and delivering new solutions within company
• Coordinating with all departments within the company in order to provide seamless experience to the clients
• Coordinating with interpreters to assure compliance with all technical requirements
• Managing multimedia projects with interpretation
• Leading cross-functional taskforce in identifying and implementing new products and solutions
• Engaging with the client to ensure expectations and priorities on the technical delivery are implemented with a high standard
