HR Executive

Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HR Executive (Mid-Level) to support and improve all human resources functions within our organization. This role requires a solid understanding of HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding

  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

  • Support the performance review and appraisal process

  • Help organize training and development initiatives

  • Address employee queries and concerns professionally and confidentially

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications

  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

  • Generate HR reports and maintain HR databases and systems


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a mid-sized organization

  • Strong understanding of HR functions (recruitment, training, performance management, payroll, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS systems)

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Discreet, ethical, and able to handle sensitive information

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with labor law compliance and HR audits

  • Exposure to employee engagement strategies

  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
