You'll work directly with C-suite executives, department heads, and project teams to diagnose problems, design solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive business assessments to identify operational inefficiencies, growth opportunities, and strategic gaps
  • Develop data-driven recommendations that align with client objectives and industry best practices
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and build consensus
  • Create detailed implementation roadmaps with clear milestones, resource allocations, and success metrics
  • Present findings and strategies to senior leadership teams with confidence and clarity
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service delivery and trusted advisory

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business consulting, strategy, or related advisory roles
  • Proven track record of delivering successful transformation projects across diverse industries
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities
  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools, financial modeling, and project management methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Experience in change management, digital transformation, or process optimization
  • Knowledge of industry frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative team environments
