Description
As a Consultant with RGP you will play a vital role in assisting our clients on global, complex projects resulting in a positive impact on their ability to do business.
We are currently looking for a number of Project Management Consultants to work on diverse range of projects. You will have 6+ years of relevant project experience.
Education:
o Degree level or further education
o Project management qualification (PRINCE2/PMP/Agile) is a MUST
Responsibilities
You should be able to demonstrate a very high level of capability in the following areas:
· Proven track record in managing large projects in a controlled environments using defined methodologies (whether in-house or PRINCE2/PMP etc.)
· Global, complex projects experience
· Must have worked in FMCG, Retail sectors
· Excellent stakeholder and client service management experience
· Willing to work on all levels (i.e. strategic and detailed delivery management)
Project history includes:
o People change or transformation projects
o Process change or transformation projects
o HR, Information Management (not IT) and Finance Transformation projects
o Performance Management, Continuous Improvement (CI)
· Ability to facilitate workshops, interviews and project meetings
· Defining high, mid and low-level project plans (using MS Office/MS Project or similar)
· Project Governance
· Defining supporting benefits metrics (SMART KPIs to ensure realisation)
· Risk management and mitigation
· Ability to understand and produce process documentation
· Strong reporting, action management capability
· Experience in MS Office Excel, PPT, Word and ideally MS Project
