Your Role:
For our Milan headquarter, we are hiring a Business Development Manager in the field of Contract Logistics. The candidate will create new business opportunities in Contract Logistics Pharma and in another sector. S/he will achieve the business development targets in term of new business won. In addition, the new resource will face and meet the customers in order to present the company, to sell projects and to support the contract negotiation

Your Skills And Experiences:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree would be consider a big plus especially in engineering or economy
  • Minimum five years of experience in Project Management and at least five years in Sales/Business Development
  • Necessary background in Contract Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or E-commerce
  • Being fluent in English is a must-have
  • Business oriented, team working, able to manage the stress, able to assign the priorities, people management, open mind, international, focus on results

Responsibilities

  • The candidate will support the business in customer presentations and customer events
  • Responsible of achieving the business development budget related to a specific sector in term of turnover and profitability referring to new contracts signed
  • Expanding the pipeline in relation to a specific sector
  • Signing new contracts referred to a specific sector
