Description

As our Marketing Technology Expert, you are the technical expert and product owner of several marketing technology ecosystems like our Marketing Automation platform (Marketo), Customer experience platform (Qualtrics) and CRM marketing processes (SalesForce).

You support your colleagues of the (digital) marketing team, segment marketing and the regional marketing teams. You conceptualize, define and develop digital marketing programs using technology. This role is a great opportunity to own a high-impact role in a fun and exciting team where you will be able to research and recommend new technology.

You are part of the Global Corporate Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Technology Manager.

 

 

We are looking for a new colleague who:

  

  • has a Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing, IT or equivalent;
  • has a good understanding of Marketing Automation and CRM (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, SalesForce, …), with at least 2-3 years hands-on experience experience as an Administrator or heavy user;
  • has the technical background to leverage marketing technology capabilities throughout the entire customer journey, resulting in business value. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and scripting and API management is a plus;
  • has a can-do attitude with demonstrated passion for achievement;
  • has a strong focus on data quality, an eye for elegant and consistent design, and an instinct for automation (vs. manual one-offs);
  • is a strong project manager who works structured, proactively and knows how to schedule priorities;
  • is able to think strategically with our business stakeholders when needed;
  • is a strong communicator in English – both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • You act as an administrator for several marketing technology platforms, as well as the ecosystem around it;
  • You train and support staff on using marketing technology;
  • You are the first point of contact for technical questions regarding marketing technology;
  • You integrate marketing technology products with each other to create business value;
  • You define processes and documentation related to the global use of marketing technology;
  • You research, evaluate and recommend new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize the marketing technology stack,
  • You setup dashboards based on marketing automation data and make recommendations based on insights,
  • You monitor and maintain data quality within marketing technology stack,
  • You partner with content and regional marketing teams around the globe, to maximize potential of communications across key customer personas.
