This is you

You’re analytical, naturally curious and creative. You understand the entire lead process and are technically skilled to administer platforms used to capture, nurture and track leads. You’re able to think strategically and implement your ideas methodically. You never let a project go unfinished and enjoy working in a cross-functional team.

 

 

Must-have skills and experience 

In order to be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years hands-on experience in:

  • Salesforce CRM 
  • Marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo)
  • Web tracking, reporting and analytics
  • Lead process implementation

 

It’s a huge plus if you have

  • Knowledge of digital advertising (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Knowledge of web technologies and CMS (e.g. Wordpress, HTML, CSS)

Responsibilities

  • Lead process implementation including documentation, performing sales training, and improvements
  • Marketing performance tracking and reporting (connect external analytics platform with internal tools, e.g. Google Analytics/Data Studio to Pardot/Salesforce)
  • Take full ownership of our MQL and SQL process
  • Maintain and build reports and dashboards in Salesforce, and customize the app whenever needed.
  • Improve the quality of our CRM and MA data, establish good routines in the organisation, and bridge all gaps 
  • Marketing nurture emails optimization and translations in MAP (content can be provided by the team)
  • Campaign attribution model for SEM/SEO/Social
  • Mobile-responsive email and landing templates in Pardot
  • Sales and marketing technologies stack ownership and strategy
  • Best practices implementation for e.g. naming conventions
  • Referral program
