Flowhaven is seeking a data-driven and growth-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to support the company's growth. This role will be a crucial part of the marketing team by executing marketing programs that generate leads across multiple channels. In this role, you will develop, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate revenue. You are a tech-savvy person who has the capability to build tracking funnels with Google's tools through our website and social platforms. 

 

This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, California.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management, time management, and execution skills. Ability to manage different marketing channels and how to prioritize testing
  • Ability to go and learn and adapt/implement new tactics and skills quickly
  • Ability to build tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity and understanding for AAARRR purchase funnel & ability to map out and develop customer touchpoints leading to efficient demand generation
  • Familiarity with Account-based Marketing, and how to build a strategy around it
  • Ability to plan, execute, document, and analyze the weekly testing sprints

 

You should have proficiency in some or all of the following: 

  • Ability to plan, execute, document, and analyze the weekly testing sprints
  • SEO + SEM, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Adwords, Quora, Reddit 
  • Understanding the digital platform providers like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and how you use them properly
  • Understanding tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Bannersnack/Canva, Supermetrics, G Suite office tools (spreadsheet, doc, slides…) and the ability to use them independently
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Mailchimp

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Preparing weekly operations for paid channels including putting together needed content (visuals + collaborating in copy with content marketing manager, if needed landing pages)
  • Executing the steps of the weekly cycle for paid channels (weekly test analysis, hypothesis, prioritization, and testing)
  • Collaborating building and developing demand generation marketing strategies/tactics with Marketing and Sales teams
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to research new/emerging strategies and tactics for demand generation marketing that drives conversions
  • Proactively identify opportunities/solutions that may increase conversion
