Technical Sourcer
Our client in the is currently seeking a Technical Sourcer to join their team. The individual in this role will be pipelining candidates for 7 different branches of the company!
Location: Remote, Chicago Based
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Heavy tech/engineering sourcing
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Responsibilities
- This person will be strictly sourcing talent and fill the pipe lines for the recruiters for 7 different branches.
- You will be finding talent using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Supporting 16 Recruiters
- This person will be handling initial phone screens with candidates.
- Send out technical assessments to prospects.
- This candidate will be given as much as they can handle.
